As the Founder and Managing Partner of James River Cardiology, Mitesh has demonstrated success by establishing a thriving cardiology practice serving the Richmond area. Under his leadership, the practice has expanded to six locations and 20+ providers, providing comprehensive cardiac care to the community. His hands-on experience in small to mid-size practice strategy and management has equipped him with invaluable insights into delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring operational efficiency.
