I had an excellent experience with Dr Herrema and his entire staff. From the moment he walked into the room, he made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to my concerns. He took the time to explain my knee condition in a way that was easy to understand, using my X-rays and MRI results to help me see exactly what was happening.
What impressed me most was that he never made me feel rushed. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, discussed both surgical and non-surgical options, and helped me develop a treatment plan that fit my goals and lifestyle. Rather than immediately recommending surgery, he suggested trying conservative treatments first, including injections, physical therapy, and a properly fitted brace.
He was knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely interested in helping me improve my quality of life. His bedside manner was exceptional, and he treated me with kindness and respect throughout the visit.
I highly recommend Dr Herrema to anyone dealing with knee pain.
