Dr challis Prompt, friendly and thorough went over test results and answered all questions that was easy for me to understand. I understand what’s needed going forward and have necessary information to make decision. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Audiologist knows her stuff as well. Overall great experience and I had some anxiety before coming. After visit was much better and very happy my primary dr referred me.

. Always flexible in scheduling and takes the time to listen to symptoms and concerns. Very diligent in checking all possible causes and having hearing test conducted if it be necessary. More importantly, Dr. Challis takes the time to explain the findings in a manner that can be understood. Could not ask for more. Definitely a Doctor who cares, makes you feel comfortable and does not just rush to get to next appointment

Dr Charles takes time to listen make sure that my needs are met and also asks if there's anything else he can do makes me feel comfortable and not feel rushed.

Great I was able to get in on short notice. This was my first appointment with Dr Challis. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. My regular ENT was out but in the future if Dr Challis is available I would not hesitate to see him again.

Very helpful one stop healthcare Had a horrific sinus infection, going to have sinus surgery will let everyone know how it goes Heard he is the best… had this surgery in 2017 the past doctor was not good so for people who have not had this surgery I will let you know his abilities

Dr. Challis is very knowledgeable, professional, and I trust him. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

He and his nurse forgot about my CT scan twice and nurse wouldn't communicate with my pharmacy to get me my steroid prescription.

Asked question, explained what he was doing, completed the procedure very efficiently.
