Disappointing experience. Made appointment to receive IM Bicillin injection (recommended by MD from same office), to find out that medication was not available (despite making appointment the day before, when receptionist received OK from practice nurse). Physician was unfamiliar with my case, previous medications, etc despite having been seen in that office several times before. Left office without the treatment I was scheduled to receive.
