First time meeting would have preferred a bit more time with her. Suggest lidocaine prior to propofol infusion or slower infusion to combat intense burning sensation never experienced before.

I only spoke to Dr. Thomas fir maybe 3 minutes, in that time she seemed very nice and knowledgeable.

Dr. Thomas talked with me before my procedure to tell me about the objective of the procedure. Afterwards, when I was in the recovery room, she told me what had been found and what the next steps would be. She patiently answered all the questions I asked.

The staff was very professional and friendly.

I won’t be back due to the anesthesiologist canceling my procedure.

Dr. Thomas is an incredibly progressive physician. She goes above and beyond the standard of care that I have experienced from many other doctors as a chronically ill patient. I felt poor emotional and physical preparedness to face an additional complication amidst my already serious other diagnoses. Dr. Thomas was so proficient in her care that I felt that I could just use my energy to get better and not worry about what the next steps were. Dr. Thomas is one of the best and most medically adept physicians that I have ever had the good fortune of receiving care from.

This was a terrible visit. I am ill & the zoom didn’t come up for 20min. Then couldn’t hear her. Finally talked on phone. You expect patient to right there waiting when they start zoom. No consideration for the patient on the other end. This is the second bad zoom I have had with IHA, St. Joe. You have a problem!!!
