This was my first time seeing this doctor in a practice that I previously seen another doctor. I’ll start with his nurse/PA I’m not sure what he was. Young curly haired male, absolutely rude. His only goal was to say what he was required to say, not listen to me at all and mostly cut me off and continue with his spill. Dr. Ali was more of the same. He didn’t listen, I felt like I was annoying him. He spoke about surgery when I’ll deal with the 8 pain level to not have surgery. He went so far as to refill a prescription that I told him I still have a lot of and can’t used more frequently. Apparently, they have new systems and protocols which are more like an assembly than a doctors office to manage my pain. Looking for another orthopedic/surgeon. Thanks for making a veteran feeling like I don’t belong and am irrelevant.
