Dr Chi LISTENS. Her diagnostic skills are very reassuring. An excellent communicator, the best.

Dr. Ming Chi really cares for her patients! She spends plenty of time listening and creating a plan of treatment specifically for her patient. She alters the plan as needed. She also is interested in her patients personally. Dr. Chi is a team player who works with other doctors in your best interest. Dr. Chi is awesome!

Do not call with test results On the 3rd day no answer I called the 3rd day and I Was transferred to the nurse.on Wednesday the 27 th no return call. The same thing happened In the summer this year and no response. I could have died. I have a terminal fibroses. No care at the canton location

Dr Chi was wonderful to talk with. She listened and showed genuine concern for the medical issues. However, her office staff were very aloof, condescending, and somewhat rude. As a new patient I felt lectured and shamed that I had not been sent new patient paperwork. Last I knew, patients were the reason they had jobs. Had Dr Chi not been so nice I probably wouldn’t return.
