Dr. Patel’s and his entire staff are professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for his patients. Before he even walked into the room, he had thoroughly reviewed my entire medical history. He took the time to explain things no one had ever clarified for us, bringing understanding to areas where we had been left without answers for far too long. His sincerity and commitment to helping his patients live healthier lives are unmatched.
His entire team reflects that same excellence. His nurse and nurse assistant are truly amazing compassionate, attentive, and supportive. The front office staff is warm, organized, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Dr. Minesh Patel treats patients with all cancer types given his extensive experience in oncology and hematology. He joined Piedmont Cancer Institute after completing his fellowship with MD Anderson at the Orlando campus.
Dr. Patel earned the prestigious position of Chief Fellow while at MD Anderson. He earned summa cum laude at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he was a Truman Scholar finalist. He has co-authored numerous publications in scientific journals, abstracts, and poster presentations.
During his free time, Dr. Patel enjoys traveling, cooking, and sports, especially college football. He is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. Dr. Patel is also fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
