I'm not sure why she acts like she hates her job, but it makes it where my kids do not want to even go to the dr. We will be switching clinics.

Did not seem to listen to my concerns and kind of brushed me off as a worried mother. She is not my usual doctor and also was told my paperwork was lost on court documents for my total custody. My daughter is not to be around my grandson or get any of his records, this has happened once before and to find out that they've lost my court records again is a little much for me.

We really love Dr. Pomtree. She’s very attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. We feel so fortunate to have her care for our two-year-old daughter.

Dr. Pomtree told me she didn't read my son's chart before coming into the appointment, and he has a medical history that needs to be read before getting a check up. It made me feel like she was too "busy" to take a second to read his history & that is not okay.

Dr Pomtree is not our normal PCP but due to an emergency with our PCP we had to see her. We were very pleased with our newborn appointment. She made sure to walk us through everything she was doing and what concerns she might have for our baby. We didn’t feel rushed and as newborn parents that’s extremely important.

Dr Pomtree had seen my daughter once in the past but was very friendly towards my daughter. She answered all our questions regarding her sports Physical and complete the form that my daughter needed for cheer tryout. She realized that she was not complete with her immunization. We were glad that she notice it and her shots are updated now. She had a mental health form for my daughter to fill out. I am glad they are caring about the teens and their mental health. It was a pleasant visit and what a caring doctor. Thank you.
