It was my first visit. She spent a lot of time asking and answering my concerns. Reviewed my MRI and CT films and report. She revised how to manage my migraine headaches . She was thorough and very knowledgeable and will refer my daughter to her for her headaches .

Dr. Grant is unprofessional and does not care about her patients. I’ve had two appointments with her — June and today — and both times she refused to see me. Today I called 30 minutes ahead to say I’d be 10 minutes late, and staff confirmed that was fine. I still ended up waiting behind other patients because there was only one receptionist. By the time I finished paperwork, Dr. Grant had decided she “couldn’t” see me — despite having been notified in advance and despite the delay being entirely the office’s doing, not mine. This is the first neurology visit I’ve had since being hospitalized for stroke, and she left me without care I badly needed, twice. If you have a real medical need and can’t guarantee you’ll never hit a five-minute delay through no fault of your own, do not trust this doctor to actually see you. Avoid her at any cost!!

Very nice Doctor she cares about the people she listens. She lets the wife talk to, but I would still like to know why he can remember some things and things I’d say now he doesn’t.

She was very friendly and listened very well as we discussed my health concerns. She’s very knowledgeable and replied to my questions with care. She recommended some testing which I did the next day and I look forward to hearing from her for the results. I trust and respect her knowledge. I look forward to seeing her again.

Both Neurologists from JWM whom saw me during 2 recent hospitalizations had very poor communication skills. I was very disappointed in my care and the fact that neither Neurologist was able to get to the bottom of my issue.
