Dr Min Lu was attentive and very personable. I was able to quickly get an appointment on-line. Most amazing is after my appointment I walked next door to make an MRI appointment and they were able to take me immediately. After the MRI I walked back to SGO to book my results follow-up and handed them the CD with my images. Dr Lu was able to view my results and called me while I was still in the waiting room (waiting to get the CD back). While I doubt the stars will ever align like that again, with an 8:30 am appointment I was able to have a complete diagnosis by 11 am.
