Dr. Hathaway is a TRUE gem! I’m so grateful that I found her. Today was my first time meeting her as my PCP. She made me feel so comfortable. She was very attentive, personable, professional and kind. She listened very intently and gave me feedback. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Her bedside manner is top tier. By the time that I left I felt like we’d known each other for awhile.Thank you SO much Dr. Hathaway. Natalia at the front desk is ALWAYS a pleasure. Her warm smile and sweetness make you relax before you even see the doctor. She’s the perfect first point of contact ❤️
