Dr. Mike Owens joined the Eye Physicians team in 2015 and has been practicing Optometry in Southwest Virginia since 1987. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in 1983 from East Tennessee State University. He received his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in 1987. Dr. Owens is licensed in Virginia and specializes in general optometry for adults and children and treatment of ocular disease. He sees patients in both our Clintwood and Abingdon offices. When he is not seeing patients you will find Dr. Owens running the trails of Southwest Virginia and participating in marathons across the country.
Dr Owens is so good at listening and taking care of the patient.
