He is very professional, kind, polite and helpful.
Gets straight to the point, rough sometimes but Dr. Alvarellos it is amazing in working with my son and prescribing the proper medication, not overly medicating, and really shows that he cares for his clients.

He is the doctor you want! Cares about patients, talks through options and explains clearly. Most importantly understands medication is a tool to help not a solution to everything.

He’s a wonderful doctor! An expert on mental health, medicine and behaviors. Is very responsible with medication management and only uses medication as a last resort. Having him is this safe and trusted support in your child’s and your corner. It gives you strength as a parent knowing you have someone who truly cares about the best interest of your child. I am so grateful. His office tech, Carmen is wonderful too! I’m so glad I found him for my child!
