As an avid sports enthusiast, at a young age, Dr. Gonzaba was drawn to the field of medicine, after she experienced some athletic injuries. A profound surgeon inspired her to go into medicine, a passion and privilege she will always remember.
Prior to joining Gonzaba Medical Group, Dr. Gonzaba worked at MedFirst Primary Care as a Family Physician. She is also a part of the UT School of Medicine at San Antonio Adjunct Faculty. She brings invaluable patient experience with her. She’s a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, and The American Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Michele Gonzaba is a very good, smart, & kind Dr. she has good bedside manners. She sits & listens to you. About how you are & how you’ve been . If your a diabetic she sit w/you & explain Your results.. if there is a problem she’ll help You w/ your Meds. Or she’ll ask there something about ill’ness she can help you with. She comes in to see you after the nurse has checked Your vitals After the nurse is done W/ your vitals she comes in & sits w/you. . No nurse practitioner or assistant. She sits & listens to You. Your Dr. & you. This Dr. really cares about her patients. When you leave her office you’ll thank you god for finding & sending you to a beautiful & kind hearted Dr. Michele Gonza a is.
