I decided on surgery after Dr Taylor showed me all my options. There was no pressure and he gave me a detailed explanation of each option. He did not make me feel rushed and has a very caring attitude. I highly recommend him.
He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease.
He is a wonderful doctor! I really appreciate him.
I feel his looking out for my best interests.
I showed up 30 minutes early as directed. Called back an hour later to a room that wasn’t cleaned. Then another nurse came in without closing the door and ask “where does it hurt?” To leave and say doctor will be in shortly to see you. Doctor arrives moments later. Spoke very fast but I understood everything he said. Explained what was going on, what the next steps were. He then wanted to prescribe medicine for pain I wasn’t really having. The regular Advil was fine. I was only taking that once a day for pain/swelling. So, another nurse comes in asking for my size to see what insurance will do. He returns minutes later. He advised me of the brace and the cost associated with it. Asked if I wanted to proceed with having the brace put on. I then found out the $120 brace was available on line for $40. Which by the way was the price they wanted as a deposit. I was not impressed with the visit. And we wonder why we pay so much for health insurance?? I left 2hrs later, better service please
