This was the initial consultation, so although I have not received any treatment from Dr. Trainor yet, I walked out of his office thoroughly impressed. He spent so much time with me, patiently listened to my questions and concerns, and was very thorough with his explanations. Best of all, being a surgeon, he actually recommended that I do not consider surgery yet (I greatly appreciate that!) I walked out with a treatment plan that I feel comfortable with.

I was disappointed that after Dr. Trainor referred me for neurology testing that he did not personally provide the results at my scheduled appointment. Leaving neurological jargon to an otherwise capable PA is inappropriate at best.

Dr. Trainor was referred to me as a second opinion by my family physician. He took the time and effort to accurately diagnose and treat my problem successfully.

i had to wait 1:45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, needless to say that I was really upset,mad. Doctor's visit was very good and doctor was very nice and polite,but, he never acknowledged that he was so late.

Great personality and amazing in his work

This practice is so unprofessional. They do not listen to the patient concerns. I didn't even see the doctor. They sent an assistant in to tell my concerns were unable to be identified. It took two days and 3 phone calls to the practice to get my prescription filled. I reported all of this to the practice manager did not care.

Although I did not get to see Dr. Trainor, his staff members were wonderful. All-in-all, very impressed with my treatment.

First and most important, he did not rush. Second, explained very clearly the issue at hand. Third, took extra time to answer some questions I had about pain localized in other areas, and suggested steps I might want to take to look further into the possible causes. Ultimately, recommended a non-surgical approach (which I was fearing as most doctors here seem to think surgery is the answer to everything). Excellent experience overall.

I am a nurse and have worked with so many doctors but I have never met a surgeon or provider in general like Dr. Trainor. His communication skills was effective, comforting and honesty. My mother was so comfortable in his office and his expertise gives you trust in what he does.

I just started, so I can't say how good he is just yet.

After waiting over an hour in the exam room, I was seen by the PA even though I was scheduled for the DR & wasn't informed of the change. I had gone for a Cervical MRI at the insistence of Tim Trainor at my initial appointment when I wanted to address my carpal tunnel. The PA said they didn't have the report since it was too soon. I called Open MRI & had the report in minutes. Overall a waste of my time & expenses since they do not want to do my Carpal Tunnel which is why I came to AOSMLV

Didn’t see Dr. Trainor. Saw his PA. Why schedule me with “Dr. Mike” if I’m not going to see him. Still charged me for a “specialist” co/pay.

Never met the guy, so I give it a neutral rating. I just met up with his assistants but I guess he looked at my X-Rays and determined his presence wasn’t needed. At least show face, à 30-45sec hey and bye goes a long way.

I have been to several physicians most recently for a few things I’ve got going on & today was one more that I figured would be just like the rest ,rushed and not given much information , boy I was so wrong. While I did wait an extremely long time to see Dr Trainor I must say it was well worth the wait. Dr Trainor came in knowing exactly what was happening to me . I did explain as thorough as I could so he would be able to help me. Dr Trainor explained so thoroughly to me the anatomy of the spine and why this and that occurs . He gave me my options for which I will follow because it made sense . He showed that he cares and has a passion for what he does . He shared his knowledge and it was evident that it was important to him that I truly understood . Wow , this was how doctors years ago used to be . I thank him for his kindness and his empathy . I thank him for showing me he cared and I wasn’t a number or Just another complaining patient. From my heart ,you are wonderful.

After the xrays were done I sat in the room plenty long enough for the hard chairs hurting legs and back. When it had been over an hour, my husband opened the door then walked down to pa/ma station and told them our concerns. When he turned back around the dr. were at their computers and he commented that this was B>S> having to wait so long. Before he got in the room and sat down we had Dr. Trainor's PA in my room. I was so flustered at what she told me I couldn't even think of what to ask and that if the treatment is the same as I've already had they may not work. But I was expecting to see the dr. not his PA.

I feel comfortable with the physicians and staff. The office was set up so that the patients waited outside in the building forum. There was a plexiglass partition for the receptionist. I Noticed that the exam room was equipped with hand sanitizer, but was surprised that none of the staff wore masks.

Love him. But my appointment was at 11:15 and I didn’t see him til about 2:00. 3 hours there was quite ridiculous. Won’t go back to that location again. Would have been nice if someone came in and gave an update or maybe an apology. Or even a lie as to the delay!!

Not really rating the Doctors talent. My first appointment was with nurse practitioner. Went well I thought. I just had to get medical clearance for knee surgery. Which My sister and I thought the surgery would be both knees and at the hospital. I am on oxygen so I had to take a lot of tests for clearance. I talk to the person who receives clearances. They hadn’t received the clearance so I had the doctors office resend the clearance. I received a call that they had the clearance so before sc.

He was very personable and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that I waited quite long.

The first visit I was told I could not see doctor had to see his assistant because my MRI was 3 years old. He said I have to get a new MRI. . I am a cash pay (no insurance). I still had to pay the huge payment but did not see a doctor. I called next day to make sure my next appt would be with the doctor. She put notes in computer and told me to tell front desk on my next visit that I only want to see doctor. Still pa comes in he says I have to wait 2 more hrs to see doc. I waited 3 hours.

Dr. Trainor was positive regarding the progress of my broken arm and nothing but good news to report. A WIN-WIN!

He is so good that somehow I leave the office no longer angry about the horrific wait times and loss of my day.

Dr Mike has such great bedside manner and explains everything so that I, as a patient, understood it. I’m glad that I was referred to him.

Had third visit today, but have always been seen by PA, Jason; which is fine. Feel like I’m getting quality care from someone who listens. Since I’ve never met Dr. Trainor, wasn’t sure how to rate in this survey.

I have great pleasure of meeting Dr. Michael Trainor. His knowledge is impeccable and my confidence in pain free life after procedure is 100%. My pain is unbearable but I am in best hands.

Easy to talk to and explaining info for the average guy on the street.

My second appointment to see a doctor and have still not seen a doctor, only assistants. I have had x-rays, and MRI . My appointment was delayed approximately 11/2 hours and the assistant explained he reviewed the tests with the doctor. Not Good!!

Although he was extremely busy, Dr. Trainor took his time with me explaining in detail my issues and providing excellent solutions in my recovery.

Made an appointment to see Dr Trainor and was only seen by an associate! He never even came in to introduce himself. I didn’t feel that was very professional but yet I was charged for seeing him! I was not happy with this!

Saw his .PA today and he was very helpful in keeping me calm and explaining the surgery. I will see Dr Timothy next week to schedule and discuss the procedure . I am very pleased to have been sent to you.
