I love Dr. Mike’s passion for his work and his patients. He never fails to genuinely make you feel taken seriously and being cared for in the best possible way. I am happy to be one of his patients and will come back for any other issues I may have in the future.
Dr. Trainor takes time to talk to you. He also takes time to explain.
It was my initial contact with him, he provided an abundance of information about my medical issue. However, my real rating will not be provided until after the medical procedure. Thanks
Upon first meeting with Dr. Michael Trainor for the first time, he burst into the room (in a good way) with a big warm smile, shook my hand, sat down, and asked what happened, and just listened and never cut me off, and always engaged in the conversation. Dr. Trainor then explained my X-ray, and from there, examined my injury, which of course wasn’t fun. After the exam, I noticed Dr. Trainor was just looking down at the floor thinking, but all of a sudden he looks up, and becomes animated and explains exactly what is going on with my injury, and the mechanics of the joints, and route I should take, and how soon I will feel relief. That was pretty awesome ✨✨✨ There was never a moment where he made me feel rushed, uncomfortable, or unheard. Not once did he look at his phone. Dr. Michael Trainor truly seems to understand that people don’t want to actually to need him, but he tries his best not to ruin their day when they do.
Took the time to listen.
Dr. Trainer was amazing. But but the lady at the front desk was very very rude to me. I have never in my life, experienced such blatant disrespect from someone like that at the front desk. If she was working for me, she wouldn’t be working with people.
Very professional kind and makes his patients feel like they are seen as a person and not a paycheck
Very thorough and kind
Doctor was very knowledgeable, and gave me great advice and information
