Love the way he spoke to my son; doctor knew my son is in the Spectrum and he was so good talking to him, never seen a doctor doing that, so for me as a mom, was priceless; he treated my son with respect and make him know himself in another level; more confident and open. Also, we got more answers about his pain and treatment; so I'm so happy and relieved. I'll recommend this office and Dr Thomas all the time I can!

Felt he was irritated with my concerns. As a mom I was seeking a professional opinion which I received but the way it was presented was completely unprofessional and cold. He wasn’t like this at my first appointment so I feel a complete shift in his passion to be present.

I almost walked out half way through the examination of my 4 year old. He asks you questions then proceeds to talk over you. He yelled at my child because he didn’t hear what he said to him. I’m completely appalled by his bedside manner.

Dr. Thomas is an exceptional person. We have seen him for 2 separate issues in the past 2 years and each time he was thorough, caring and added the personal touch making us feel at ease even though we had concerns for our son. While we hope we don't have to see him again, if our son does experiences another injury, we will be more than happy to have him as our doctor again.

Dr Michael Thomas was very thorough with explaining things to us regarding my sons elbow. However I was very disappointed with the wait time it took for us to get seen my sons appointment was for 10:40 am we were there at 10:05 did all paperwork online like they suggested and still waited over and hour that’s ridiculous!

There were measurements given by the X-Ray Technicians on my Son's spine for Scoliosis. Dr. Thomas took his own measurements that were different. He literally said, " I am going to go with the X-ray technician's measurements." Why would a Doctor use an X-Ray Technician's measurements to diagnose a condition?

This doctor is very nice. The office very clean and nurses seem friendly. Unfortunately the 2 times we have been there we have waited 1-2 hours before seeing the doctor. That is a very long time to have to wait. Especially with a young child.

No explanation of the injury unless asked.

Dr. Thomas was very thorough and explained what he saw to both my daughter and I. I felt confident that she was in good care and would recommend him.

I was there for almost 3 hours! I arrived 30 min early, as directed, and had already filled out all of the docs online. We were called back an hour and 15 minutes after our appointment, and then sat in the exam room for 1 hour before being seen. Dr. Thomas spent less than 10 minutes with us and then we waited another 20 minutes to be discharged. Ridiculous. My daughter missed half of a day of school for a 10 minute appointment. Totally unacceptable.

We love Dr. Thomas! My daughter is wheelchair bound and so her visits may take extra time. Dr. Thomas is always so friendly and thorough and takes his time. We never fe rushed, even when he is extremely busy!

I always have to 2 hours I. The waiting room even after making my appointment serval months ahead. The doctor provides mininmal advice and I feels I don’t get enough help from him. He doesn’t give enough suggestions. I feel like I’m talking to a robot.

Interaction with patients needs severe improvement! Condescending and confusing, especially with children. Changed his diagnosis once questioned why it was different than a previous radiologist diagnosis.
