Dr. Texiedo was good as usual. But his male assistant/mentee/trainee whom cleaned my ears was aggressive and wreck less in doing the task. After causing discomfort/pain several times on first ear. He didn't change his tact or method for ther other ear. Shows lack of ability and care for patients. Also after Dr. Texiedo was in the room made a disrespectful comment and snicker about my primary care physician. Have had good/great experience in that office every other time. The Male assistant/trainee/mentee that cleaned my ears on 7/3/25 no longer has permission to be a part of my care team. For reference my name is Craig Holtz andy appointment was at 1:50 pm.

I love Dr. T, he's patient with me, he lets me know what he's going to do before he does it. He tells me what I can do to help improve my situation.

I was given an add-on appt by Kimberly as I was experiencing vertigo for 3 days. I thank her very much. While my Medicare advantage insurance plan isn't accepted by ENT of DE, I gladly pay out of network to continue as a patient. I am and have always been pleased /w Dr Teixido. He spent a long time with me today in an attempt to reduce my symptoms. I am very grateful.

Dr. Teixido listens and takes his time with his patients. He tries to resolve problems even though in my case, I believe he is baffled. He has been trying to determine causes of my hearing loss and what the next steps should be.
