Dr. Michael St. Onge is a spine specialist who completed a spine fellowship at West Virginia University in 2017. Prior to this, he received his bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated magna cum laude. He then attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he was awarded “Outstanding Academic Performance”. He then did his residency with Pinnacle Health Hospital System and Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

After a long discussion, we decided together what was needed to be done. He reviewed the pros and cons, I feel very confident about my surgical procedure that I will be having done.
My first appointment with Dr St. Onge. He may be a good orthopedic, but seemed to have no time or interest in my condition. Based solely on what an mri report obviously told him. Knows nothing of me, and had his hand on the doorknob to leave before I could state my issues. You’re obviously just a number in this practice, and will seek actual care elsewhere.
Very upfront and honest. Good bedside manner.

Just met Dr. St. Onge.and I like him as he took the time to actually listen to me and we discussed a viable medical plan for my current medical condition. Going forward I believe he will treat me well.
Dr. St. Onge is so skilled and knowledgeable. He explains everything related to your diagnosis and treatment clearly and understandably. More important though, he listens to patient questions and concerns with patience and interest. He doesn’t make you feel like a nuisance or a hypochondriac.
