Dr. Michael St. Onge is a spine specialist who completed a spine fellowship at West Virginia University in 2017. Prior to this, he received his bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated magna cum laude. He then attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he was awarded “Outstanding Academic Performance”. He then did his residency with Pinnacle Health Hospital System and Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
Dr. St. Onge is a member of AO Spine North America, North American Spine Society, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedics, American Osteopathic Association, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association and the National Society of Success and Leadership.

Very thorough. I didn’t feel rushed through exam
Just met Dr. St. Onge.and I like him as he took the time to actually listen to me and we discussed a viable medical plan for my current medical condition. Going forward I believe he will treat me well.
Dr. St. Onge is so skilled and knowledgeable. He explains everything related to your diagnosis and treatment clearly and understandably. More important though, he listens to patient questions and concerns with patience and interest. He doesn’t make you feel like a nuisance or a hypochondriac.
Great Surgeon and great Staff. My back surgery was a success! Thank you for your help and dedication Dr. St Onge!
Dr. St. Onge is an excellent and caring doctor. He takes the time to listen to what I say and explains my options to me very clearly.
He knows what he’s doing. And explains well. He repaired a vertebrae in my neck and everything is fine.
I received excellent information, feedback and care from Dr. St. Once and his Team. He is a doctor who takes the time to listen... He was willing to hear my point of view on medication and an alternative approach to moving forward with my diagnosis.
