Dr. Michael St. Onge is a spine specialist who completed a spine fellowship at West Virginia University in 2017. Prior to this, he received his bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated magna cum laude. He then attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he was awarded “Outstanding Academic Performance”. He then did his residency with Pinnacle Health Hospital System and Penn State Hershey Medical Center.

Very caring and thoughtful. He acted like I was his only appointment for the day!
This appointment was so rushed it’s not even funny. He didn’t even read my chart or information before seeing me. So I had to explain everything from the beginning. He asked about meds I was on. I explained they barely work and I had brought that up before. He never suggested another thing and moved on from there.. He did go over some details about my neck surgery. He literally gets up , walks to the door to leave and I said I have more questions. He stood there holding the door handle and answered some.questions. He was acting like he was just irritated. I am having neck fusion surgery! I have no clue what to expect. So many unanswered questions!
I appreciated that he listened to my problems and was eager to try and help me. Very caring ! Thank you.

I was anxious at the idea of another surgeon doing my next back surgery since Dr. Oliverie retired, but after meeting Dr. St. Onge, I feel good about moving forward with surgery. He’s knowledgeable & straight forward.
Dr. St. Onge listened to all of my symptoms, ordered additional X-rays, and pinpointed the problem within one office visit…Awesome!
