Dr. Robinson made sure that I knew what was going to happen before he started and prepared me before the different types of tests. He answered all my questions and really knows what he is doing and he does it well and very accurately. He told me all relevant information unasked.

Dr. Robinson listens and takes care of the problem the same day. I have been seeing him for many years and I would highly recommend him.

Doctor Robinson is great! He takes the time to listen and you really feel like your are being heard. He also spends time with you -- you never feel rushed. The only reason I have not given him top marks is that I always seem to wait an inordinate amount of time in the waiting room. As a health care worker myself, I understand how things get backed up as the day goes on, it's just frustrating, at times. Having that said, it's a small con compared with many pros!

Dr. Robinson explained my MRI to me and he offered me several options. I agreed to try one option to see how it would work for me as far as pain management goes. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Robinson and I would go back if I need to.

He has been my Dr for over 20 years . He is very knowledgeable and very skillful.

I dd not have to wait too long to see the doctor. He listened to what I had to say about my pain and agreed to give me injection to help reduce the pain. The injections helped a medium amount.

Outstanding doctor

For a herniated disc with increasing sciatic pain, the pain was treated with RX denying my request for magnetic imaging to view the condition of the disc which needed surgery 8 years prior for same issue and to see if fluid was escaping the disc. Dr. appeared irritated as though I was self-diagnosing, asking if I was doing that when I mentioned I had neuropathy which I suspected before it was medically diagnosed.

Saw Dr R yesterday (2/17) and his order for MRI has not arrived at New City office as of 9:15 this morning (2/18). I just got off phone with NOSM and the order was in my chart by 6:30 yesterday (2/18). An order sitting in my chart is useless since no one sent it over until I called NOSM this morning (2/19). This is an unacceptable treatment of a patient.

I went in for a test and he wouldn’t explain results this same day told me I would have to come back, also I had a humiliating experience when I went in to get steroid shots in my back, there wasn’t a female assistant all men in the room as my backside was exposed without any respect for my self
