Very nice and professional Dr. Was a pleasure to do business with.

After a very good first impression, Dr. Robinson really left me feeling as tho he didn’t care a whit, was through with me and had little to no suggestions re: continued pain. Not until I asked about the results of the X-ray AND the continued use of the brace did he comment on those. I am very dissappointed, discouraged and still in pain.

Very thorough and efficient. I feel very comfortable having Dr. Robinson as my surgeon for knee replacement.

I’d just like to thank Dr Robinson for fixing me. He’s a no nonsense guy and great surgeon. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did… I can finally walk again.

Schedule more time for appointments. Waited one hour for Dr. He made no mention of the lateness so I assume this is routine. How does one get an hour behind fr a 10: am appointment? If this is the norm. I’ll be looking for s different provider. The Dr was very informative and listened but must take responsibility for the office operations.

I felt like he was realistic with my treatment. I felt comfortable with his knowledge and capability to handle the problem. I don't think he took me very seriously in that I want to be able to return to my previous activities. I think he viewed me as "old" and incapable of being considered an athlete.

The doctor is excellent at explaining things in a way that I fully understand. He took his time with my exam and all of my options.

Honestly I was expecting to have this doctor tell me about the condition of my knee. He could have shown me on a screen how bad it is,or isn't, and when I will really need surgery. I didn't feel comfortable with the experience.

There was a problem with your check in procedure we waited 59 minutes before we were even called for x-rays. The doctor said it showed that we were working on the tablet but we are checked in online and never had the tablet to work on somebody needs to review to find out why it wasn’t flagged in the problem resolved sooner.

Dr. Robinson was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to prescribe a course of action that will hopefully help with the pain levels I am experiencing. He was also able to give me a referral for an elbow issue I am having. I wish I could have taken care of the hip and elbow at the same time but his expertise is in hips, not elbows.

My first time seeing this Doctor was not pleased at all. I felt like a victim instead of a patient. No bed side manners what so ever. Very arrogant…….I will not see him again……Not at one time did he exam me all questions which he determined my faith.

He wouldn't let me speak because he enjoys his superior word games. Nasty attitude towards the patient. Remember I'm paying him he's not paying me with his arrogant attitude.

After my first appointment for an injection into my knee, Dr. Robinson asked for me to make an another appointment in 90 days. A couple of days before my 2nd scheduled appointment, I canceled my appointment due to my knee felt great. Well, the day after I canceled the appointment my knee started to be painful. Dr. Robinson is good at what he does. He knows his business!

I will not be back for a follow-up, all the things this man quoted me that could happen because I'm overweight and says I'm not a candidate for knee replacement is the same things that can happen to a person who isn't overweight. I am bone on bone, and can't climb stairs, bearly able to step into the tub. People can hear my knee crunching. I have been going to pain management for over 6 years and your doctor says I'm addicted, no I'm not. Some days I might take 1 pill, other days more depending on what I do.Every vertebrate in my back and neck is either herniated or rupture.

Dr. Robinson is a straight shooter, his approach to my specific problem was as I expected. He allowed me to explain what was hurting and he considered several options in regards to treatment . I left the office confident that his assessment and plan of action would restore by health.

I tried to ask questions during our visit but he just kept talking through me and wouldn’t stop to listen. I even said multiple times-May I please ask a question- and he just ignored me. I’ll be getting a second opinion at JOINING

On my first visit Dr. Robinson explained what he thinks the problem is and then explained the treatment plan in stages depending upon the outcome of treatments. So far I’m happy.

I was not happy with Dr. Robinson ! People are hesitant because of BS like this! I had always been lead to believe , since my hip surgery in 04, by one of your now, associates Dr. Hirem Achiem, a total hip replacement had been done! Now, after all these many years, I find out this physician lied and that was not the case! !Achiem knew what my pain level was , so he sent me to John Heekin!I was iin his office 5 minutes! And he gave me a copy of my exRays and said to tell Dr Achiem the problem was with the device! Dr. Achiem knew of my allergies. And my severe reactions to Cortizone ! So he put me in Physical Therapy! When I injured my knee back in 2020 , it as fractured! it was not a contusion! Dr Paul ShiRLeY was sewn in ER! Made note to Dr. Heekin! Then, a few days later I saw Dr Achiem at of all places, Heekin Orthopedics! ! When Dr. Achiem said my only solution was Knee Surgery!, not hip surgery! Once burned ! Not recommended!

On the fence. Unusual for appts to be behind and today they were running 30-40 minutes behind. Chalking up shortness to that but thorough examination.

I just saw Dr.Robinson at S.O.S. for pain, instability and severe arthritis in my right knee (from a 27 year old car accident). I told him acetaminophen does nothing, currently taken nsaids aren't working, steroids stopped working years ago, and my pain med, oxy, isn't very effective anymore either. He literally told me I wasn't old enough (45) for a third knee surgery, and dissmissed me saying my my pain isn't severe enough, and my knee isn't damaged enough. He did say that I should keep taking the ineffective meds, but stop all pain meds. He also said I should work out more and walk further, which I can't do becasue of the pain, and that I should also buy their $700 knee brace, which I can't afford. His colleague, Dr.Deshmukh was just as helpful. Meaning not. Stay away from this practice, they are NOT the highly rated professionals they are made out to be.

Rather than request additional imaging, I was told it *might* be this type of injury and sent out with a list of exercises to try. There was no reason not to refer for MRI (my insurance will cover it without a lot of red tape) and determine specifically what the issue is rather than guessing.

My $80 copayment gave me a Dr who does not care, he did not listen to what I was saying. He diagnosed me with arthritis and offered a shot in my knee. I was told to call back if I have questions or more pain. I did call back and came in. I was not offered a knee brace, walking cane or a pill to help me with my pain. He basically told me that I will live my life with this pain. I could accept that information if I felt you’ve done all that you can do. I feel like my knee is injured and it’s not simply arthritis pain. I could absolutely be wrong, but am I only to go on his words only. I wasn’t explained what was seen on the X-rays, He made suggestions that I walk to help the problem when I offered him that I do walk he said, “no you must walk for exercise”. I told him I do walk for exercise and it’s not working. He completely cut off in suggestions I had, only to come back and ask what can he do for me? That’s why I’m here, HOW CAN YOU HELP ME. I’m going for a second opinion

While I wouldn’t give Dr. Robinson a low score as I only saw him for a mere 5 minutes, I’d give the referring physician a 1 star review as she referred me to a knee replacement doctor when I only needed surgery. Getting to see Dr. Robinson took 12 days after the accident and now having to wait another 6 days to see the correct orthopedic surgeon is unbearable. It seems no one in the medical field is in a hurry to help someone. Although, I’m sure there are people who are out there who are in more pain, I’d like to get this behind me and start the healing process.

Waited over 1 hour 20 minutes; no apology for this until I pointed it out. Doctor was superficial and going through the motions when it was determined I didn’t need a knee replacement (his speciality). Pretty much said I need to deal with the pain or osteoarthritis with OTC drugs, and was not willing to deal with my sciatic nor Patella Femoral Tracking Syndrome.
