Excellent service. I had some pain in my neck. He did the x-rays really fast and was quick to call me and Go over the results. Nobody likes to stay in the uncertainty period for long . Thank you! Would highly recommend

I have been here before for allergy testing and the dr was amazing. Came in for possible CSF leak. The dr was dismissive, aggressive, and rushed me. Had some of the worst bedside manner I have ever had. Sprayed fluid up my nose without telling me he was going to do it, why he was doing it or what it was. Zero informed consent. He wrote it off as allergies and sent scripts to my pharmacy BEFORE he did ANY testing. he apparently wanted to use a scope to look for a tear but didn’t even bother with getting a sample of the fluid draining from my nose. He told me the mass on my neck wasn’t a lymph node, it’s most likely a knot in my muscle and go get massages and buy more pillows. I told the nurse I didn’t want to do the scope because I was shaking and so afraid and wanted to go home. I was sobbing and I cried the whole way home. Clear liquid draining from my left nostril when standing and moving but not when laying down for a year- it’s not allergies.

Dr. Underbrink does the bare minimum to explain patient condition assessment. He does it with a foot on the door if asked by the patient but quite rushed. He also failed to properly address symptoms with medication until asked several times.
