He was very thorough and pleasant.
Dr. O'Sullivan is fantastic. He always takes the time to listen and answers all of my questions. He explains things in very easy to understand terms.
I don't know why I'm getting a rating a week before he does my surgery but okay maybe if I give him a good rating he'll do a better surgery
