Dr. O’Brien was very thorough. He explained my symptoms (which he was already well aware of), discussed potential solutions, and outlined the odds of success. He is very engaging, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I was very happy to have had the opportunity to see him.
