What a gifted surgeon and knows what is best for you after surgery. Starting PT 48 hours after surgery seems harsh but sets the tone for your recovery and I feel has made a big difference in getting the healing process started. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen and staff.

Dr. Nguyen is fantastic. He was a bit conservative on the recovery time and though it frustrated me in the beginning, I now understand why. I wasn't ready to get sent back to full work duty yet, and even though I felt like I was, Dr. Nguyen knew I wasn't and I can say that I agree with him. Dr. Nguyen did a wonderful surgery, had my medication regimen in order and due to this, I recovered, post surgery with little pain. Dr Nguyen was very knowledgeable with respect to my injury, asked questions as to where, when, and how the injury occurred. Reviewed the X-rays and explained the damages sustained from the impact of the fall and preceded to schedule a recovery program. Very confident in the results that we will see.

Claudia at PT released me But at my follow up with Dr Nguyen visit he said 6 to 8 more weeks of PT was recommended. Personally I think Claudia is correct.Not sure what to do 🤷

I give this Orthopedic Doctor only 2 Stars for the diagnosis on my torn knee but that's about it. Made me feel uneducated and was condescending. And then he stopped my Physical Therapy way before it was time. My knee has been in pain and discomfort every day since December of 2017. His P.A. on the otherhand was wonderful. She was very nice, and helpful but I only saw her once. Beyond disappointed with the Orthopedic Doctor.

I believe that he is a very good doctor. I believe that he knows what he is doing in the OR. Very nice and personable until he is challenged or confronted with the performance of his OR staff or follow-up supporting staff. He then gets offended and becomes very defensive when challenged or questioned about opportunities for improvement.

Dr Nguyen is amazing. I went to him for two shoulder surgeries and he was on point, very thorough and made sure I understood everything that was needed and why. Fast forward a few years, my daughter tore her ACL and Dr Nguyen explained everything to her and gave her the milestones. He has been very thorough with her as well making sure she understood what was needed. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I would highly recommend him if needed.
