After my ophthalmologist retired, I was diagnosed, by another doctor in the practice, with dry eye, eye pressure that could lead to glaucoma and expensive dry eye prescription medicine along, with a recommendation for cataract surgery. I was truly overwhelmed with the lengthy diagnoses. After seeking out another opinion and some thorough testing from Dr. Michael Nejat, I found out that I didn’t need cataract surgery nor the expensive prescription drops that I was taking and I will follow up with Dr. Nejat again in 3 months. I found this office thorough and Dr. Nejat’s demeanor was kind, confident and I didn’t feel like he was looking to do unnecessary procedures. He made me feel calm and I felt like I could trust him to take proper care of my eyes. I was impressed and will definitely go back to Dr. Nejat.

Dr. Nejat is a very skillful Surgeon who cares deeply for his patients. He is a very pleasant man with a warm personality. My cataract surgery went so well, it was like being born again. My surgery took place on a beautiful fall day. It was breathtaking to see the vivid blue sky and the spectacular colors of the fall foliage immediately following the surgery.

As always Dr Nejat was thorough, attentive, and very professional. The office works like a clock, the staff all work as one excellent team communicating, adjusting, focused and efficient. Top of the line tech, you could see your eye on the screen, it’s clear what is going on. Many complementary tests performed for the best results. Two years after Dr Nejat fixed my eyes my eyesight remains stable and way better than before the procedure. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Dr. Nejat for 4 years! He performed cataract surgery on one of my eyes. I had my first cataract surgery with another surgeon. Not only were all the blood vessels broken in the eye that my first surgeon did, Dr. Nejat has informed me that I have scar tissue from my first surgery. I didn’t have any problems with the eye that Dr. Nejat did! He is an excellent doctor and I trust him completely!

When I walked in for my appt I was told that it had been cancelled The woman at the front desk saw my concern on my face She looked up my file & saw that this was a return visit from last month & asked if I was still having problems since my last visit I let her know that there was no improvement. She asked me to have a sit & came back shortly afterwards & said they would fit me in. Entire appointment took over 2 1/2 hours and I saw the doctor for 2 min. Very short cut and dry. I’m sorry I feel this way but I like when a doctor explains thing to me and it is like pulling teeth.

Dr is excellent HOWEVER their policy for tax for glasses is unfair before seeing the doc they make u sign documents one stating cost for new glasses however I DID NOT need new glasses but was charged anyway. I felt like I was being held up for the charge I will not be going back there

I see Dr Nejat once a year for my yearly check up. The office is efficient and this time I was in and out in an hour. I did get the infraction for $40 but they charged me for test $20 plus my co-pay was 30 came out to $90 plus a fee for using a credit card, which I feel most Doctors are charging credit card fees. First time I got charged for test though. I do like Dr Nejat he is knowledgeable and thorough.

This office is busy. You are examined by two techs and then moved to an open section with five stations with other patients at a desk right next to you speaking to a tech. No privacy, then you go to an office to be seen by the doctor. I found the experience impersonal and unpleasant . Although the doctor was nice enough, and highly recommended, the experience was not something I would like to repeat.
