Dr. Mendoza was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue was a feeling of being rushed mostly conveyed in his hurried manner. Overall it was excellent care.

Dr. Mendoza has been my doctor for about five years. He is caring and follows through on my symptoms and gives good explanations of what he is basing his recommendations on. I feel well cared for. The staff are warm and caring.

Dr. Michael Mendoza, O.D. was born and raised in Fresno, California. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. After graduation, he enrolled in the School of Optometry at the University of California, Berkeley where he completed his Doctor of Optometry degree and graduated with honors. During the course of his academic career, Dr. Mendoza was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. He previously served as the President of the Central California Optometric Society and is currently serving on the CaliforniaOptometric Association Board of Trustees.
Dr. Mendoza provides primary eye care to patients at EYE-Q Vision Care, specializing in contact lenses, as well as the treatment and management of ocular disease.
Dr. Mendoza enjoys volunteering his time with various local non-profit organizations, giving free eye exams to those in underserved communities. In his free time, he enjoys nothing more than to travel with his wife and three kids.
