I appreciate the care and instruction I was given by Dr. McLay. I knew what I had was viral, and there wasn't much anyone could do, but, he did run tests so I could have some answers to help me and those I work and live with be informed.

I have I went to him for probably 15 plus years, I would not want to go to any other doctor but him. He is amazing and he gets to know you on a personal level which is very cool and I'm very lucky to have him as a doctor that's for sure he's going above and beyond for me. I would refer him to anybody and have before.

Dr. Michael McLay, M.D., brings a unique and diverse background to his medical practice, shaped by extensive experiences working with and helping people. Before pursuing medicine, he served a two-year church mission in southern France, worked as a youth counselor in youth corrections, and as a special education para-educator with the Nebo School District. These roles solidified his desire to become a physician.
Dr. McLay attended and graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in the Caribbean. He completed clinical rotations in Miami, New York City, and ultimately in Utah, near his home. He completed his residency at the Family Practice Residency at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in 2009.
Dr. McLay is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He finds great satisfaction in providing comprehensive care for all family members, including delivering babies, pediatrics, dermatology, and wellness physicals. He is excited to be practicing whole family medicine in his hometown of Springville.
