A graduate of Nova Southeastern University School of Optometry, Dr. Madison achieved the honor of Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Student. He also graduated from Stetson University with an undergraduate degree in Biology. He is licensed to practice in Florida and the United States Virgin Islands.
