Waited over an hour.

We had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Loochtan! One of my coworkers she referred me to him for my son, we have been in a long haul for the past few years with him being sick and Dr Loochtan took the time to listen and try and figure out what was going on with my son! We had a great visit I would Recommend him to everyone with ENT needs! Thankyou so much!

Waiting 75 min for doctor to spend 5 min with me.

Went for my appointment today and discovered the Dr. Loochtan had changed his schedule and was not at the Delaware office. I was told my appt. was at the Bethel office. At NO time was I told my appointment, which was made 2 months ago, was changed to the Bethel office. Had I been told I would have cancelled it and arranged for a different appointment.

My daughter had been complaining for over a year of ear discomfort/issues. We had already seen Dr. Loochtan previously & he had a spot available to get in ASAP. He reassured us (again lol) that her ears are great, it could be a TMJ (grind teeth/clenching) issue. He explained & showed us, so we could understand better. What a relief! Both visits, his demeanor was professional, very patient, caring & helpful. Can definitely tell he has a passion for what he does, it shows!
