Great personality very caring and great at explaining things.
Dr. Lawley was thorough in his exam. I appreciate that. However, his bedside manner was severely lacking. There was zero kindness and the way he spoke to my child was disappointing. He made her nervous with his tone and when she looked to me because she was uncomfortable he said, “No. Look at me. You’re ten years old. You can do this.” As someone who works in pediatrics, I expected way better. He has great reviews, so I don’t know if it was a bad day. But he made us feel so small and discouraged.
Great he had me feel heard as a parent. And was overall awesome!
