My son recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lawley. From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted by friendly staff who made the check-in process seamless. Dr. Lawley took the time to answer all my questions, and explain my son’s test results in a clear and concise manner. His bedside manner was exceptional - he was warm, empathetic, and genuinely interested in my son’s well-being. The entire visit was efficient, and I felt confident in the care my son received. I highly recommend Dr. Lawley to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and top-notch Orthopaedic doctor!

Dr Leakey was patient, answered all of our questions thoroughly and was wonderfully encouraging.

He was funny and friendly to the children, but the entire experience felt like we were not taken seriously. He addressed one issue as if we should have never had an appointment. It was rushed. They persuaded me into canceling a future appointment stating he would see all the issues that day, and he did not. They were not concerned enough to see if the "treatment" worked to bother scheduling a follow up. They did not care if we ever came back, and we won't be.

Is a really great doctor and he really helped me

Dr. Lawley was very kind and explained everything that needed to be done. Also he quickly ruled out a diagnosis given by our primary doctor. Dr. Lawley is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I highly recommend him!

Our experience with Dr. Lawley was excellent. Very helpful but also took the child into consideration in the healing process and has reasonable expectations. He was highly recommended by friends and I was not disappointed.

He got my 9 year old son in really fast. He explained everything to my son of how your body works and how his procedure worked. He also did an amazing job on my sons elbow surgery.

My only complaint about Dr. Lawley is that he speaks fast - I felt like I was racing to take notes. He was otherwise very informative and thorough, welcoming and open to questions.

We did not feel rushed. He took time to answer all questions and was so kind!

He put my son back together!

We waited well over an hour in an exam room to be seen. The doctor came in. Didn’t introduce himself. Didn’t ask about what was going on-Just read off the information that we filled out online. He was very condescending to my daughter, who is only 10 - a little more empathy would have been nice. I understand the doctor was busy and had other patients to see, but we wouldn’t have come to an orthopedic doctor if we didn’t have an issue going on. The whole situation would have gone better if he had taken the time to introduce himself and ask her about what was going on with her knee. When you start questioning someone directly in a condescending tone, they may not know how to respond, especially when they are a young person. I do think he figured out what was going on with my daughters knee. There was a better way to go about it. Also, this was not my first interaction with this doctor. Saw him in the past and it was a totally different experience.

He was very patient with my child Giovanni. He made me feel comfortable and explained completely so I was very knowledgeable about what to expect..

Always thorough and easy to understand

Great Doctor

He is no knowledgeable and explains things so well. Takes the time to teach and explain. This is our 2nd time with Dr. Lawley treating my daughter and both times it was for separate, but both rare conditions that even myself as a former ortho nurse had never heard of. He immediately knew the problem, discussed treatment and came up with a plan of action.

He did a great job explaining and massaging and making me feel better and ready to go out and get stuff done without pain

This man made my son feel comfortable which is rare as he has special needs. He was absolutely honest with us and didn’t have us do extra appointments or up sale anything. He is very informative and we will be back for any future needs for my son, me or any other family members. What I love the most is he took his time and listened to us.

Doctor Lawley performed arm surgery on my daughter. He was very informative when explaining the procedure, healing process, and after care. He was also very patient and addressed any concerns or questions that we had. Thank you Dr. Lawley!

I liked Dr Lawley, when I got to see him. I waited for an hour past my appointment time and was about to walk out when they said I was next. It's fine if the doctor runs behind but when we pull kids out of school and take off work the least someone can do is tell us he's running behind. We were there for knee problems, but at the mention of CMT he immediately had my son take his socks & shoes off to check his feet and saw that he has started to walk on the outsides. During this time nobody explained the delay, or offered an estimate of when we would be seen. This kind of service is frustrating and unprofessional.

Dr Lawley was very cordial to my son, wife and I. He was most attentive to our concerns and very helpful helping us understand the issue.

The doctor was excellent. There was a scheduling problem. Huntsville TOC sent me and my son (the patient) to the Huntsville TOC for my son’s next appointment. When we arrived they told us we were at the wrong location. I explained that we came where we were scheduled but could go to the Madison location. They told us we would have to reschedule even though it was the TOC’s fault. I

He spoke with my son and treated us and our concerns with respect and took all the time needed to address our issue

Never saw the doctor, he never examined my sons arm just looked at xrays and “recommended” a brace. Then we were five three (3) different prices for the brace.

Dr. was very professional and tried very hard to help my teen understand why controlling her weight is important for her health without inflicting shame or judgment.

He was awesome!! However the 4th floor didnt give my baby her boot because of an error at clinic.😠
