Office is extremely difficult to locate. Once through the main waiting area, it was a full two hour wait for the doctor.

I throughly enjoyed my visit with the Doctor. He made me feel at ease and comfortable. Enjoyed healthy chatter on Canada (me) and US. It was no nonsense and too the point.

Also, as an RN, if my pt states they are scared,.. I encourage a deep breath and give reassurance. To reply “I know” felt discounting.
