Don’t understand how he could give me a new prescription for glasses when he only used the machine with the lenses that flip on my right eye. I was clearly having trouble reading the eye chart with my left eye when the gal that did all the work up prior to seeing the doctor.

I Found Dr Kreiger to be very patient with my questions ! I was nervous and he put me at ease !Found him to be very kind and courteous I will have no problem coming back to see him again

As far as I am concerned my eye surgery was a complete and utter failure. I had tri focal lenses put in . It was supposed to correct my astigmatism, near, and far sightedness. Vision wise I can see the tv but can’t read- I am an English teacher and read constantly. The problem I am most concerned about right now is intense halos every time I look at a light. I am frustrated, depressed and am having panic attacks and night terrors. The doctor helped to assuage my fears but right now I wish I would never had this done. It is ruining my life.

Dr Krieger is very knowledgeable ~ answered all questions. However, the technician who instilled the eye drops was very inconsiderate and applied the 3 sets of eye drops continuously without allowing a moment in between which I have never experienced before. she is rated as terrible for my experience with her.

He is great! Very professional. I always feel very comfortable with him, The fact that he is so nice looking when I’m looking at him face to face helps too! 🤣 OK, just a kind compliment 😆

Very understanding about my eye health.

My husband and have been seeing Dr. Krieger for some time and we were satisfied with our visits. The last couple of visits,however, he was short with my questions and acted very annoyed to the point that his behavior set me back somewhat. He advised me to go to the Lake and Abbott office to get my records as he did not have them in his system. I asked if he or someone from this office could call for me as I was not sure what info I was asking for and whom I should make this request to. He regrouped somewhat and made an attempt to explain who to speak with and what to ask for. He also ran thru my visit like I was taking up his time. As a result I went to Lens Crafters and got another eye exam as my could not see with the script He provided. I was going to wait until my next appointment was nearing to be set up with another provider.
