He’s great

As I told Jansen today was the second consecutive appointment I have had where the technician that brought me in the exam room neglected to listen to my request to shave my hairy chest before putting the EKG glue pads on my chest. Today I finally got it across to the technician to shave me after he put five sticky pads on my chest. Last year’s appointment I had the same problem but with a different technician. If this doesn’t get corrected and it happens on my 2025 annual visit I will change find a different institute to take my business.
