Doctor Andrews is all business and does not show empathy for his patients. He gets straight to point with his examination and discusses his findings and moves on to the next person. Its difficult to handle when you are coming to him for help and a person is in pain. Sometimes a person just needs a little care and reassurance to help get through a difficult time.
