Dr Hull came into the room and was nice enough as we exchanged pleasantries. I visited the Hiram location 2 weeks prior bc it was first available apt and I was in pain. They took x-rays, so they were already on file for Dr Hulls appt. He jumped right into my 2 options - PT or surgery. He basically asked me "so what do you prefer?" I am sitting there thinking to myself, "I don't know?" This is a lot of information to digest and I had questions. So I then proceeded to ask a question and before I was finished he held up his hand (as in stop talking) and told me "Your questions will be answered in the follow up document I am going to give you." I wanted to show him my other foot that has the same issue, but since it wasn't the "issue" foot, he just said "Well let's make your bad foot feel like your good foot. It seems like you are ok on that side."
I think he’s the greatest ever. Always helpful and kind.
