He’s an excellent doctor. Very caring and wants to make sure any problems you may have with your eyes are addressed and taken care of. My whole family see him as well as friends.

If it weren’t for Dr. Howard, my family and I would not come to Atwal Eye Care. He is personable, listens and cares about your concerns, and pays attention to detail. His staff on the other hand, is disappointing.

When asked if my glass prescription was correct , Dr. Howard just brushed me off. We will check it next time he said. I asked if I would be able to drive home with the drops in my eyes and he assured me I would. I was lucky to make it home. I felt like I was looking through a heavy fog and the sunny day made it even more difficult to see. I had a long drive from Transit Road to NT. Lucky o have made it.

The staff at Atwal Eye Care is amazing! My appt got messed up some how and got made for June 2023 instead of this June and the girl at the front desk with out hesitation said she would fit me right at that moment. They have no idea how much I appreciated this due to my job being difficult with taking time off for appts. So thank you so much for the receptionist who got me in and Dr. Howard for seeing me and taking his time to do the exam to make sure everything was fine. I would recommend Atwal to everyone I know!

My only issue is that they charge a co pay, but the receptionist couldn't make change.

Dr Howard took the time to explain Dry Eye and how the Medication Works. After years of suffering I now understand how to properly use my medicine. I wish all Dr.s would explain people's malodies instead of assuning we studied as they had and know what they know!!

Had a problem with my eye Dr Howard saw me right away and is taking care of my problems. He also takes great care of my 90 year old dad. Very nice person and a good doctor.

Terrible. Didn’t wear his mask properly during the entire eye exam (under his nose when he was half a foot from my face during the exam), didn’t fully explain what my issue was, if I was to need glasses, etc. Brought up highly politicized issues practically immediately during the exam and made me feel uncomfortable. Never once disinfected his hands after touching doors, computer, equipment and then my eyelids. As a first time Atwal patient I will never be returning.
