Dr. Hood was my doctor when I lived here in the 1990s, and I’m so glad I was able to become his patient again after moving back home. I trust him completely. He is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable in his field, and has a wonderful sense of humor that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I truly wouldn’t want to see anyone else. Five stars without hesitation!

Dr. Hood. What to say about him. He’s quirky, and usually has a quip or two to liven up my visit. His bedside manner is…unique (one time I complained about some ache or pain and he pointed, with a straight face, to the section of my chart on screen that listed my birthdate). But, rain or shine, he has always come through for me and given the best medical advice and treatment available to him. He may not be a national treasure, but he certainly is a local treasure. I’m grateful to have him in my corner.

Dr. Hood was amazing. I got bitten by a stray cat and I have an autoimmune disease. He took me straight in and he isn’t even my regular doctor. I am very grateful to him.
