Did not see Dr. until 90 minutes after my appointment time. Office is overbooked or understaffed. I did not have this problem when Dr. Hernandez was with his prior practice.

Awesome Doctor & Staff!

Dr Hernandez was an hour late for the appointment he scheduled with me. He has been late many times in the past. However this time I was at work with a busy day of meetings. When I expressed my frustration to himself and his staff, he told me to find a new doctor. It is a disappointing end to a 20 year relationship especially after I followed him there from Advocate.

He took the time to get to know me and address my health issues.

The only con I have is the wait time. No one likes to wait 45-60 minutes past their appointment time. It’s probably even more irritating for those people that have to get back to work.
