Dr. Hagg often seems in a hurry. After we talked about my having a kidney stone and getting a CT, he forgot to do my regular rectal prostate exam until I reminded him.
He had not obtained my PSA test result from LabCorps yet I had been able to get the result myself by logging in.
He forgot to send an order to the front desk for my next annual appointment and I had to flag him down to have him tell the clerk to schedule one for me.
If I wasn’t a patient with a routine of annual examinations, I would not not have know to bring up these issues.
