Well the appointment was not a long wait or anything , and he was nice, but the referral for a MRI is taking longer than expected. My daughter has played competitive volleyball (year-round) since the 2nd grade she is now in 10th, and recently hurt her knee. She had her appt. on Monday - it is now Friday and still No referral - Why??? - Its a simple email or fax...( I'm speaking from 25 yrs. of dental/medical office experience) It doesn't take that long!! Now I know why the workers Comp takes so long.

Requested a cortisone injection for joint that historically benefited from cortisone shots. Instead, was given another injection and medical paperwork only said “inj” and the bill. One week later, no relief. More emphasis was on purchase of pain cream and an NSAID product via shipping from some company in Nashville, TN.
