Dr. Gannon gave me a clear explanation of my knee problem and suggested what next steps would make sense. I was a little puzzled by his question to me of why I was seeing him instead of Dr. Haeder, who saw me at my first appointment. He asked if I was seeking a second opinion. I told him no, this appointment with him to follow up on the MRI scan that Dr. Haeder requested was made by his staff, not due to a request from me. I had wondered why this switch in doctors was made but told Dr. Gannon it wasn't a problem for me since I felt that all the doctors in the Proliance clinic were good.

Waited for an hour I had to reschedule

He was nice enough, but feel I was a bit dismissed in the symptoms I have been having and didn’t have an opportunity to discuss the big picture of what’s been going on with me. I’m in excruciating pain and sometimes unable to use my leg, but was told that I should basically be fine with PT and stretching, which I’ve been doing for quite some time already. When I said my pain can be up to a 9, he all but told me that only people needing hip replacements have that level of pain. I have physical symptoms he didn’t even listen to or go over. I was once again sent on my way.

Dr Gannon is the most gentle man. Has been there for me for years. Excellent doc!

I was called at home to come to the office, I am a PeaceHealth RN and recently fractured my ankle and was recommended to Pacific Rim,, I signed in and waited and after 40 minutes a women comes out and says the Dr says t go to the ER we don't have the ability to handle covid(I had been honest and let the receptionist(when I was home, before I came into B'ham from Everson)) that my husband had been exposed) I had been Covid swabbed. She continued to tell me in front of the other waiting pts the same thing, I could not stay and they could not deal with this!! Being an RN at St Joe's I was offended, appalled and shocked at this kind of treatment of someone obviously in need who was called in to their office to literally be kicked out on crutches and in tears! What kind of a medical office is this?!

Dr Gannon is the best. He is skilled, professional and listens. Aging brings a whole new set of problems. Dr G thoughtfully discusses options and prevention strategies. Glad he’s my Dr.

Yesterday..I had my initial visit with Dr. Gannon. He had me at hello😃. Kind, caring, knowledgable and most importantly, he put a plan in place that will hopefully resolve my medical issue. I was a happy patient when I left his office!

I waited 1.25 hours for my appt with no explanation or apology. Why I needed to come 15 minutes early to check in and then sit and wait that long is poor service!
