Dr. Michael E. Franks, M.D. earned his Medical Degree (MD) from the University of Maryland in 1996. He subsequently completed his surgical internship and residency training in urology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in urology oncology at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD.
