Dr. Fehm is always courteous and attentive. As a patient and someone who. Dr. Fehm has operated on l know he is always concerned about my recovery by the way he answers my questions. I highly recommend the doctor to anyone who is in pain and needs assistance with their ailments.

Dr. Michael Fehm is the best orthopedic doctor. I've had several replacements performed by him and I've healed so nicely with minimum scarring. He is so professional, yet he has a great "bedside manner. " his entire team at Excel, including PT are A+. I highly recommend Dr. Fehm.

Dr Fehm performed both my THR and my TKR . I am so pleased with the outcomes of both surgeries. He has a gentleness about him. He answered all my questions and explained what to expect. As an aside, the knee is worse than the hip and doing the PT exercises is so important.
I am an orthopaedic Surgeon with specialty training in hip and knee replacement surgery. Originally from Connecticut, I played ice hockey in college and worked as a carpenter for six years before attending medical school. My education in Boston at the Harvard Orthopaedic Program inspired me to pursue fellowship training in joint replacement at Massachusetts General Hospital. My primary interest lies in the care for patients with degenerative joint disease, recognizing a multitude of conservative and surgical treatment options for patients with varying stages of arthritis.
I enjoy spending time with my young family, the outdoors, and home renovation.
