Dr. Michael F. Foster, D.O. is a 2006 graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He attended medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed a 5 year residency in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery. Following his graduation from residency in 2016, Dr Foster completed an additional year of training in Neurotology at Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle, WA.
