Dr. Michael Eslava graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a bachelor’s degree in biology and received his medical degree from The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center/William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Dr. Eslava joined The Orthopaedic Group, P.C. after retiring with the United States Army after 24 years of service and achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Dr. Eslava’s practice focuses on knee and shoulder surgery with an interest in sports medicine. He is Board Certified in orthopaedic surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
He lives in Magnolia Springs with his wife, Vanna, and son. He enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing and attending sporting events.

Quick in to see the doctor after the xrays, and cat scan on my left shoulder took no time and 2 injections one for left knee and one for shoulder. I highly recommend thete office

very easy going, as well as professional
That side fixed my torn rotator cup, and bicep muscle a few years back I was having problems with my knees and it’s not my knees. It’s my back.
Exceptional doctor
He was in a big hurry and may have spent all of 2 minutes in face-time with me. Never really diagnosed the underlying problem with my shoulder. The nurse/PA was very attentive however.
