Excellent service from this doctor. Another surgeon recommended immediate knee replacement surgery. Dr. Higgins suggested an MRI to determine if that is needed or if it is a meniscus tear with a less invasive surgery. Dr. Huggins inspired confidence.

This is my first time visiting the practice. This doctor came and didn’t even speak. He was very rude and his first words were your knee is shot. He made me very uncomfortable showing lack of concern or compassion and it was written all over his face.Great way to gain new patients! The other staff members were great, but I will never return!

I felt rushed to a conclusion that I needed a joint replacement. I was handed a document with medical hyroglyphics that I have spent hours researching on my own. No perspective on what the MRI showed….i.e., how does it relate to the MRI analysis presented on paper. A join t replacement is a big deal for me. I left the appointment feeling unprepared.

Dr. Michael E.
