Dr Duval has done 4 surgeries on me and is fixing to do my 5th surgery. Both knees replaced, a right shoulder replacement, pins in my left elbow and now a left shoulder replacement I would be lying if I said I was not afraid but I know in my heart I’m blessed to have such an excellent Doctor performing this surgery on me.

Good visit.

Every appointment, without fail, I have waited at least 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Only then am I called back to wait for an additional 10-20 minutes, and once he actually gets in the room, our visit is anywhere from a 2-5 minute affair. I am, therefore waiting almost 90 minutes - sometimes longer - for two minutes of face time. I have visited with him 5-6 times in the span of five months. He is a phenomenal surgeon, that is not be argued, but unprofessionalism and lack of respect for his patients’ time cannot be ignored.

As always Dr Duval & his staff are very caring & took excellent care of me during the whole knee replacement process.

This is the second rotator cuff and biceps surgery Dr. Duval has performed on me. The first was probably 20+ years ago. I wouldn’t consider anyone else for this surgery. In rehab now and it’s coming along great even at the young age of 60. Dr. Duval and staff or a pleasure to work with their caring and friendly. Thanks guys!!!!!

Had MRI prior to my visit prognosis was quick.

Not planning to see this physician again. Spent a pitigul 3 minutes with me if that much time. My physical therapist was interested in the outcome of my appointment because of my medical issues. Reported that I would not be returning to this doctor.

I had to wait 45 min. past my appointment time. Dr. Duval should spend more time w/patients. His PA & intern were excellent!

Maybe him telling me I need X-ray instead of us asking fir one then he said yes down there hall …,X-ray explanation by PA… but I needed a copy of what she said because just looking at it now can remember all she said and just see where it was circled ?!!

He is a knowledgeable doctor but in a hurry to get out of the room before he even steps in. Questions are not thorough, skips issues if you don't bring it up. And you will be seen an hour late EVERY TIME.
