Dr. Michael Domer specializes in sports-related orthopedic injuries and he is skilled in all aspects of orthopedic care, including minimally-invasive techniques. His passion for the field of orthopedics stems from his own experience as a high school baseball player recovering from a shoulder and knee injury. While this injury curtailed his plans to become a professional ballplayer, it set Dr. Domer on the path he now relishes – working with patients to manage their injuries and returning them to their pre-injured status. A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Medicine, Dr. Domer complete his residency in the rigorous Phoenix Orthopedic Residency Program at the Maricopa Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, and Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr Domer provides excellent care. I had a knee replacement surgery with him, and he carefully led me through the process to identify other solutions besides surgery. When the inevitable came about, he was kind and supportive. Ortho AZ physical therapy is also excellent.
